Dr. DeAvila Sadé, LCSW, Millennial Mental Health Therapist, created this digital exercise for individuals who desire to learn and heal from unhealthy relationships.

The goal of this activity is for you to identify common traits and differences that have shown up in your romantic relationships. This activity hopes to give you a clearer vision of your dating patterns so you can avoid some of the pitfalls of dating certain individuals.
